MY ROLE
I led the frontend and interaction design of MapleHR, focusing on building a scalable, responsive interface with React.js and Tailwind CSS. From prototyping in Figma to coding modular components, I ensured the platform delivered a smooth and consistent user experience across devices. I also collaborated on backend integration using Spring Boot and contributed to real-time features and cross-platform syncing.
UI/UX Design using Figma for responsive layouts and intuitive user flows
Frontend Development with React.js and Tailwind CSS for clean, consistent interfaces
Backend Integration via Java (Spring Boot) for handling business logic and APIs
Database Interaction using MySQL and Firebase for data storage and syncing
Developed real-time validation, dynamic alerts, and drag-and-drop scheduling
Implemented role-based access, inline help, and modular UI components for flexibility
